Trust Powered Transition

People are key to a resilient transition. Our Trust Powered Transition course is designed to help you build and enhance your most important asset - relationships.

Good communication skills and trust development are vital for whatever role you play in a resilient transition. Understanding trust and the ability to develop your key relationships with new tools and practices will help you meet fear and resistance effectively and help you get more done faster.

As part of a group of six to eight colleagues in a friendly and private virtual setting, you will learn the fundamentals of building and maintaining trust.

Trust Powered Transition is delivered via Zoom for 90 minutes each week for six weeks, comprising a blend of provided content and interactive workshopping.

During the course, you will gain an enhanced understanding of the role and benefits of strong trust-based relationships and culture. You will develop your own unique communications strategy and tools, understand how to build trust and cement your personal style and reputation.

Outside of session times, you will have access to exclusive content and resources to continue your development.

Who is this for?

When the going gets tough, people turn to those they trust. And when things need to happen fast and get done properly, people need to know that those they trust are capable, confident and ready to lead. If you’re in the position of trust – maybe in an advisory, communication or key institutional role, in government or council – the Trust Powered Transition course is essential. When you establish high-trust relationships, you get to the truth faster, you enable better decision making and you achieve transition goals more effectively.
