Network Powered Transition

People are key to a resilient transition. Our Network Powered Transition course is designed to help you build and enhance your most important asset - social capital.

Confidence, sense of purpose and relationship vitality are crucial when in Transition. Understanding networks, trust and the ability to develop your key relationships with new tools and practices will help you create the conditions for transition and culture change more effectively.

As part of a group of six to eight colleagues in a friendly and private virtual setting, you will learn the fundamentals of building and maintaining networks that power transition.

Network Powered Transition is delivered via Zoom for 90 minutes each week for six weeks, comprising a blend of provided content and interactive workshopping. It is fun, engaging and designed to be applied in your organisation.

During the course, you will gain an enhanced understanding of the various roles and benefits of a strong network and trust-based relationships. You will develop your own unique strategy and tools and understand how to build your network and cement your personal style and reputation.

Outside of session times, you will have access to exclusive content and resources to continue your development.
